Service Terms

1. Service scope

ARCEN Direct provides structured employer unfair dismissal response documentation processing for one matter at a time. The service is limited to intake, employment information capture, chronology sequencing, attachment registration, review, payment, and preparation for transfer within the ARCEN processing pathway.

ARCEN Direct is a structured administrative documentation processing service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

4. Matter scope

Each intake applies to one unfair dismissal matter only. Separate matters require separate intakes, separate review, and separate payment.

5. Pricing

The current public pricing structure is:

  • Employer Response Activation Pack — $495 AUD per matter
  • 24-Hour Acceleration Booster — +$290 AUD optional add-on

Public pricing may be updated from time to time. The price shown at the time of purchase will apply to that matter unless otherwise stated.

6. Processing commencement

Processing does not begin merely because an account is created or payment is made. Processing begins once payment is confirmed and intake completion requirements are satisfied sufficiently for the matter to enter the ARCEN Direct processing pathway.

7. Estimated timeframes

Estimated timeframes begin after processing commencement:

  • Standard pathway — approximately 48 hours
  • Acceleration pathway — approximately 24 hours

Timeframes are estimates only. They are not guarantees and may vary depending on intake completeness, document quality, and operational conditions.

8. Transfer and downstream processing

ARCEN Direct prepares matter materials for transfer within the ARCEN processing pathway where applicable. ARCEN Direct does not guarantee any legal outcome, external acceptance, or downstream result arising from transferred materials.

9. Service availability

ARCEN Direct is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation at all times, though we take reasonable steps to maintain service continuity.
