ARCEN Direct provides structured employer unfair dismissal response documentation processing for one matter at a time. ARCEN Direct is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

2. Eligibility

ARCEN Direct is intended for employers, businesses, and authorised employer-side representatives. It is not intended for employee-side use or employee-side representation.

3. No legal advice

Nothing produced, generated, structured, displayed, or output by ARCEN Direct constitutes legal advice. You remain responsible for obtaining independent legal advice where required.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information submitted through ARCEN Direct. ARCEN Direct structures and organises submitted information; it does not verify, validate, or assess the legal merits of your matter.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use ARCEN Direct only for its stated purpose. Misuse, abuse, fraud, interference, unauthorised access attempts, or use outside the intended scope of the platform may result in restriction, suspension, or cancellation of access.

6. Availability

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCEN Direct excludes liability for loss, damage, cost, delay, or outcome arising from the use of the platform, reliance on its output, service interruption, or downstream handling by third parties.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ARCEN Direct after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
